Give the gift of a Word Portrait to someone you admire.

We measure the impact of organizations, but rarely individuals, unless they are of Mandela level fame.  But no societal betterment comes without the invisible choices and sacrifices made by ordinary people– the way we greet people, drop off food anonymously or advocate for others in the workplace– the person in the cubicle next to us.

I will conduct interviews with up to 5 people close to the person, review relevant documentation (letters, awards, articles etc.), and then turn this into a superhero tribute story in approximately 1000 words. 

Think of this as a personal Impact Report– the perfect gift for marking someone’s workplace achievements, retirement, milestone birthdays, death celebration or just as a general pick-me-up.

To write these stories, I tap into both intuitive and poetic writing muscles which results in quite an immersive experience.  This is not a hallmark card, this is a deeply personal tribute to a unique individual.  Cost is $1.2k, there is a two week turnaround, and you will have the tribute forever.
